The travel companion Gr8 Escapes issues with your trip. It holds your itinerary, your documents and your day, and it works while you are travelling — including where there is no signal.

What a TravelPass is for

A trip booked through an agency arrives as paperwork — a confirmation email, an itinerary attachment, a folder of vouchers, a phone number for someone you have not met. TravelPass is that paperwork turned into something that knows where you are in the journey and tells you what matters at the moment you need it.

  • Your itinerary, as it actually stands

    Every flight, hotel, transfer and booked experience, in the local time of the place it happens — including a departure, which keeps the clock of the airport it leaves from.

  • The day you are in

    What is happening now, what is next, and how long you have — rather than a list you have to read from the top each time.

  • The people expecting you

    Your guide, your driver and your coordinator, with the means to reach them, on the days they are yours.

  • Your travel documents

    Vouchers, tickets and confirmations, kept available offline for the moment the signal goes.

  • What you brought home

    Photographs and notes gathered as you travel, kept as the record of the trip rather than scattered across a camera roll.

How you get one

You do not sign up for a TravelPass, and there is nothing to buy here. One is created for you by Gr8 Escapes when your booking is confirmed, and the link reaches you from your travel consultant. Opening that link is all that is required to use it.

If you are travelling with Gr8 Escapes and have not received yours, your consultant can send it to you.

Signing in with Google

A TravelPass link works on its own. Signing in is optional, and it does one thing: it secures the pass to you, so that it survives a lost link or a new phone and so that only you can reach the personal documents held inside it.

What we ask Google for

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your profile picture

What we do not ask for, and cannot see

  • Your Gmail, your contacts, your calendar, your files or your photos
  • Your Google password, which we never receive

We never post anything to your Google account, and we do not use your Google identity to advertise to you or to sell anything to anyone.

Signing in proves who you are. It does not, by itself, open a trip: a TravelPass is released only to a traveller Gr8 Escapes has recorded on that booking. A matching email address is not sufficient.
